Foot Reading with Sam Belyea aka The Foot Whisperer

Foot Reading is the assessment aspect of Reflexology that is not normally taught during standard Reflexology education. Held within this precious content are discussions on tissue states, energetic principles, visual/textural assessment of the reflexes, gait analysis and much more. Instead of pressing reflexes based on strict protocol, Foot Reading allows the Reflexologist to enhance their sessions by having active conversations with clients about the meaning behind what is found in the reflexes. Foot Reading can also be a standalone modality where practitioners can consult with clients in a coaching setting to achieve wellness goals. Foundational skills like mapping the feet, reflex locations and palpation are emphasized, but new concepts like understanding the mental/emotional component, mapping the hands/ face/ears and generating Foot Reading Reports are also added. This workshop will instill the knowledge and confidence for the practice of Foot Reading as an adjunct or stand-alone modality.

*This workshop is for reflexologists who have completed at least a 200 hour program.
