our history

The Maryland Reflexology Association was established in 1999 by a core group of certified reflexologists interested in building a stronger future for our profession.  The success and continued growth of the association have been made possible by the passion, determination and leadership of many volunteers.  To date the organization has over fifty active members, a full volunteer board of directors and two state delegates representing Maryland through our national organization, RAA.

in memoriam

Chari Moye, President and co-founder of the MDRA, passed away on July 4, 2008.  Chari began the Baltimore School of Reflexology and was a pioneer in the field.  More than a friend, Chari was an inspiration to all who knew her.  Her spirit was a driving force during her life.  Her lessons and memory will guide us now.
